A website specialized in requesting quotes and placing orders. Please use MISUMI e-catalog for searching product, downloading CAD for free, and creating BOM.
This is a code given from MISUMI after a customer requests transaction with MISUMI.
Your Customer Code is always shown on the upper right on the screen after you log in.
A Customer Code is surrounded by a red border in the chart on the right.
Login
1. Please make sure of your login ID and password.
Please note that login ID and password are case sensitive.
2. Please confirm the Cookie setting by checking the operation environment.

3. Please check the SSL encryption configuration of the browser.
When using Internet Explorer:
[Tools] -> [Internet Options] -> [Advanced Settings] -> [Security] -> Check the checkbox of "Use SSL2.0" or "Use SSL3.0"; and
[Tools] -> [Internet Options] -> [Security] -> [Customize Level] -> [Authorize Java] -> Change from "Security-High" to "Security-Middle"
When using FireFox:
[Tools] -> [Options] -> [Advanced] -> [Protocol] -> Check the checkbox of "Use SSL3.0"
If you forgot your password
Click "Forgotten your password?" on the login screen. Then, enter your login ID and e-mail address on the Requesting a Password Reset, and click "Submit" button. You will receive an e-mail with the link to the page for setting password again.
If you forgot your login ID
Click "Forgotten Your Login ID" on the login screen. Then, enter registered e-mail address on the Forgotten Your Login ID? screen, and click the "Submit" button. You will receive an e-mail with your Login ID.

Another user might be on the website with the same ID, or you might have not successfully logged out of the website last time.
・In the case of another user
Log in to the website again after the user logged out, or try forcible login.
Please note that the present user with the same ID will be forcibly logged out in the middle of his/her operation if you make forcible loin.
・In the case of unsuccessful logout
Please make forcible logout.
From the next time, please keep in mind to click "Welcome, XX," on the upper right and select Logout for closing the page whenever you finish using WOS.
With session control, authorization times out two hours after login. Please make login once again in the case of session timeout.
If your authorization is made invalid just after login, please follow the process below for examining the configuration.
1. Please make sure of the time and date configuration of your PC.
1-1. [Start] on lower left of the screen -> [Setting] -> Open [Control Panel]
1-2. [ Open [Time and Date] menu for confirming if right time and date are configured.
1-3. When the setting is not right, please enter right values and clik [OK] for storing the values.
2. Please make sure of the security level of the browser.
2-1. From the menu on the top of the browser, select [Tools] -> [Internet Options]
2-2. Select [Security] tab.
Check [Customize Level] -> [Authorize Java]. If "Security - High" is selected, change to "Security - Middle"
2-3. Choose [Privacy] tab.
[Set Advanced] -> Check the checkboxes of "Override automatic Cookie handling" and "Accept", and select "OK"
2-4. Select the tab of [Set Advanced].
[Security] -> Check "Use SSL2.0" and "Use SSL3.0"
2-5. Select [General] tab
[Internet Temporary File] -> [Delete File] -> Select [OK]
2-6. On [General] tab again, [History] -> [Clear History] -> [OK]
2-7. Reboot the computer and make login again.
Quotation & Order
You can request a quote and place an order 24 / 7.
Make corrections referring to the error message on the screen.
If you are not sure how to make corrections, check the checkbox of "Request MISUMI to check and resolve this record." MISUMI will check it and contact you in the record field and continue to Request a Quote or Place an Order.
Correcting the quotation、Correcting Your Order
Can show and print out an order receipt in this manner on the Detailed order history.
1. Click the order No. on Order Request Completed.
2. Make search by specifying search conditions Searching the order history.
You cannot print out order receipt until the order transaction is completed.
Please wait for a while until the transaction is done. After a while, please open the Detailed order history and print it out.
1. Make sure of the popup block configuration for checking the operation environment.

2. Please confirm if "use of ActiveX plugin" is valid
[Tools] -> [Internet Options] -> [Security] -> [Customize Level] -> "ActiveX Control and Plugin"
Make sure that "Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins" is "Validate".
3. Please confirm if "Add-ons" is valid.
[Tools] -> [Manage add-ons] -> [Show:All add-ons]
Make sure that "Adobe Acrobat Control for ActiveX"is "Validate".
When an order is place through the website, the order confirmation mail is sent.
However, no order confirmation mail is not sent when an order is placed via FAX or telephone.

Please select the product you want to order using the order history, and click [Copy for Re-Order] button on the lower right on the screen.
Please confirm the price and ship date on the screen.
Tax is not included in all the prices.
Discount for the quantity if you purchase items with the same MISUMI Part No..
The quantity and discount rate are different by the item. Please refer to the catalog page of the product.
Shipping charge is free. Send the products via parcel delivery service to the designated place.
* For Express service, extra fee is charged.
Days to Ship shows how many business days are required for MISUMI to ship items after an order is placed.
For instance, if the Days to Ship is "1 day", the ship date is the next business day of the order.
In the example below, the customer places the order of a product with 5 days as Days to Ship on the 2nd. The 1 day of Days to Ship of MISUMI is the 3rd. On the 8th, which is 5 days excluding the Sunday (holiday), the item will be shipped to the customer.

Ship Date
Please specify "Partial shipment" as Shipping Preference on Specify Shipping. The earliest Ship Date appears for individual products. After confirming it, move on to the next step.
Please specify "Manual" as Shipping Preference on Specify Shipping.
However, you cannot specify ship date for Express service or the item that MISUMI is confirming.
Ship-to Address
If you want to ship items to an address different from the registered address, such the address is required to register in advance.
After login into WOS, please make a request on "New Delivery Address" on the left side.
The registration required around 1 day.

Search My Quote & Order History
You can see the history of the quotes and orders of the past 3 months.
However, the history of the quotes/orders earlier than 3 months is automatically deleted. If you want to keep the history, please download the data in advance.
Yes. If they use the same Customer Code, you can see from Quotation History / Order History.
The orders placed via FAX, telephone, and e-mail are shown on the history.
As for quote, only the quotes requested through the website will appear on the history.
User Management
You can delete it on User Management. Please request it to the administrator user of your company.
If you do not know who is the administrator user, please contact Customer Service.
User information can be updated "Change User Information" after making login.
The company information (such as company name/address) cannot be updated through the website.

The person who has the administrative right can add a user by entering necessary information on User Management.
You have to set order permission for the added user.
Please configure the user on User Management.

Internet Explorer 8,9,10,11 / Firefox 46 and above / Chrome 50 and above.
I cannot provide support for other browsers because I have verified the operation only with the browsers above.

You can add such an e-mail address on User Settings. Up to 3 addresses can be registered with 1 main receiver and up to 2 CC receivers.
Login the website and change the configuration of confirmation mail / Shipping confirmation mail on User Settings to "Do not receive".
