User registration is required to use this website.


How to obtain a quotation:


Only a few fields are required
Enter required fields (with highlighed backgrounds), then click the orange "Next" button.


Get your quote result in minutes
Check the MISUMI Part No., quantity, unit price, ship date and total amount on screen.
Click "Back to Modify " if any information needs to be corrected.
Click "Next" if all the information is correct as entered.
The quotation screen will return with pricing, ship dates, and a formal quote number.
You can print your quote or save as a PDF file.


How to place an order:


Enter necessary information and click "Next".
Entering the information is not necessary but reviewing if you convert a quotation to an order.


Specify a ship date
Select one from All Item Shipment, Partial Shipment or Manual.
Then, click "Next".


Check the information entered and submit an order.
Check the MISUMI Part No., quantity, unit price, ship date and the total amount shown on the screen.
Click "Back" if any of the information needs to be corrected.
Click "Next" if all of the information entered are correct.
The completion screen will appear and your order will be completed.


Payment Method


The Customer must pay the purchase price for the Products it has purchased and all taxes imposed thereon by any of the methods set out in the Catalog. If credit is extended, payment must be paid within the term granted to the customer. Further, please be aware that the Company may request advance payment or credit card payment from the Customer if it is a new customer, due to the status of a transaction or for other reasons.

Shipping / Shipping charge


Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping fees (which may include insurance fees) will be charged for shipments to the Customer’s place of business in Mexico, using a carrier of the Company’s choice. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of the Products for shipment to the carrier.

Business days and business hours


MISUMI's standard hours of operation are:
Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m - 12 p.m.
No products are shipped on Saturdays. We are closed Sundays and holidays.
Orders received after 6 p.m. (Monday to Friday) or 12 p.m. (Saturday) will be processed the next business day.
This website is available 24 hours a day.
