You can request a quote for or order up to 500 items at one time through WOS.
What is the number of days shown in a quotation?
It is the number of working days that MISUMI needs to ship the product after receiving an order.
Can I make an inquiry online immediately if I entered an incorrect part number?
Yes, you can. You can also check a reply from MISUMI online.
Can I place an order for 24 hours a day?
Yes, you can. However, any orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the next business day.
Can my manager also receive an order confirmation e-mail?
Yes. You can register up to 2 CC recipients other than you. You can update the user setting on the main menu screen. This also applies to a quotation confirmation e-mail.
Can I specify the ship date?
Yes, you can. We offer the earliest ship date. You can specify any date later than the earliest ship date.
Can I easily view the orders that were shipped recently and orders that will be shipped?
Yes, you can. The information displays on the main menu screen. You will also receive e-mail from MISUMI notifying that the product has shipped.
Can I check my tracking number?
Yes, you can. It shows on the Order Detail Screen once the product has shipped.
Can I add an receiver's address online?
Yes, you can make a request for registration online. Please allow us some time to complete your request.
Can I manage other users online?( in the same customer code)
Yes, the new function enables the users who have administrative authority to add a new user account or give a permission to the user.
Can I use my part number that I use internally within my company to place an order?
Yes, you can. However, you need to register in advance your part number that you use internally within your company.
